CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork rib chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce

In 10-inch skillet, brown chops on both sides over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer 30 minutes or until done.
