ASPARAGUS PIE 
Bake a pie shell.

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. hot milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper

Heat butter, flour and milk. When thick, mix in bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.

Add 4 cups cooked fresh asparagus pieces and 4 chopped hard-boiled eggs. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then sprinkle and cover pie with shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
