NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST | |
8 slices bread 1 lb. sausage 7 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/3 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cube 8 slices of bread, place in bottom of glass casserole. Brown and drain sausage, put over bread. Beat eggs with 1 1/2 cups milk; add dry mustard and salt. Pour over sausage bread layer. Add grated cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix 1/3 cup milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours. |
