APPLE CRISP QUICK 
2 1/2 c. thin sliced, pared, cored apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar (or regular)
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. soft butter

Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Arrange apples on bottom of pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in separate bowl. Mix until crumbly; will be dry. Spread mix evenly over apples. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
