1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Food coloring of choice

Soften cream cheese and mix well with sugar, flavoring and color. Mixture will resemble stiff dough. Roll mixture into small balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Press into candy molds and turn onto waxed paper. If molds are not used, roll mixture into balls and flatten with fork onto waxed paper.
