Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Then add powdered sugar until it is a heavy dough. Form into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Press into molds; plastic or rubber. Can be made up ahead of time and frozen. Ideal for showers, parties and weddings. Add color and flavoring to cream cheese mixture before rolling in sugar.
