RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. flour

Prepare pie crust. Blend flour, sugar, and nutmeg together. Beat eggs. Add eggs and rhubarb to other ingredients. Put into pie crust and top with pie crust strips. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees for the last 30 minutes.
