CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 can (11 oz.) drained mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1. Combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and set aside.

2. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice and chill until thickened.

3. Combine Jello and cranberry mixture. Add oranges and nuts.

4. Pour into 6 cup greased ring mold.

5. Chill and serve. Great with fish, meat or chicken.
