JAPANESE-STYLE CHICKEN 
4 breasts of chicken
1 tbsp. oil
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tbsp. mirin

This will be found at the corner of oriental food in supermarket.

1. Mix soy sauce and mirin in a bowl.

2. Cut 2-3 points only in the surface of chicken not to dwindle.

3. Put oil into a fry pan and saute the skin side of the chicken at first and then turn over until golden brown.

4. Dip the chicken into sauce.
