JAPANESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 beaten egg
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. accent

Cut wings in half. Dip in egg, then flour. Fry in butter until brown. Put in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Spoon sauce over wings while cooking.
