JAPANESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings (cut off tips)
1 beaten egg
1 c. flour
1 c. butter

Dip wings in beaten egg and then flour and fry in butter until brown and crispy. Place in shallow baking dish and pour sauce over them and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Accent 1/3 tsp. salt
