NO-SALT VEGETABLE SEASONING 
1/4 c. Rokeach dried soup greens
1 tbsp. dried shallots or dried mushrooms
1/4 tsp. ground bay leaf
1/8 tsp. celery seeds
2 tsp. toasted onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic, powdered
1 tsp. herbes de Provence or thyme
1 tsp. Hungarian paprika
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper or chili powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Blend all ingredients in blender until granulated and powdery. Store in a screw top jar in a cool, dark, dry place. Variation - Add 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, ground ginger, or dill weed to vary the flavor. 7 tablespoons = 1 serving; 3 calories.
