BAKED CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. butter
1/2 c. raw honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, honey, salt, vanilla and soda. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Gradually pour over popcorn mixing well. Turn into 2 shallow pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
