CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pastry shell (8 inch)
4 oz. process American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 8 ingredients. Fill pastry shell with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle atop pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Trim with pickle slices, if desired. Serves 6.
