O'HENRY BARS 
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey or light Karo syrup

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Cool. Frost with chocolate frosting or chocolate glaze. Cut in desired size.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 to 2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients, beginning with 1 tablespoon milk and adding more by teaspoons until spreading consistency.
