IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Spread thawed hash browns on bottom of oblong dish, 13 1/2 x 9 inch. Mix sour cream and chicken soup together and spread over hash browns. Sprinkle onions over all, then pour melted butter on onions. Do not mix. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
