CARAMEL CORN (OLD DUTCH) 
1 bag Old Dutch puff corn curls
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Place corn curls in large roasting pan. For caramel sauce, Cook butter, sugar and corn syrup in large sauce pan for 2 minutes. Add baking soda to mixture. Will cause to foam, so 2 quart pan is necessary. Pour mixture over corn curls and stir to mix. Place in 250 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir at least every 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on waxed paper. Cool. Break apart or leave in chunks.
