CHICKEN/BROCCOLI DINNER 
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. dry rice (instant)
1 lb. boned, diced chicken
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
2 tbsp. Dijon or prepared mustard
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli cuts

Bring water to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Stand 5 minutes.

Cook and stir chicken in oil. Stir in soup, milk, mustard, cheese. Add broccoli. Bring to full boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour over rice.
