BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tbsp. chili powder
1/8 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup

Mix everything together and bring it to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes. Cook your spareribs for about 1 hour in salt water; drain and place it in baking pan. Pour barbecue sauce over it and bake for 1 hour or until tender in 375 degree oven. You may put uncooked spareribs in a baking pan and pour the sauce over ribs and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
