PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT | |
16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies 1 stick butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 12 oz. chocolate syrup 1 pkg. peanuts 8 oz. Cool Whip Crush cookies with rolling pin or chop in blender. Mix with melted butter. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture. Pat remaining crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with softened ice cream, chocolate syrup and peanuts. Freeze until firm. cover with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm. |
