CHICKEN SOUP 
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 qt. hot chicken stock or canned chicken broth
1 pt. hot milk
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Add flour to hot butter and stir to make a medium roux. Add hot chicken stock to roux and stir until thickened. Add hot milk, chicken, rice, salt and pepper.
