1 c. onions, chopped (1 lg.) (60)
1 c. carrots, chopped (2 lg.) (50)
1 lb. turkey, ground (800)
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans (300)
1 (9 oz.) can Lima beans (95)
1 (16 oz.) green beans (60)
1/2 c. ketchup (120)
1 tbsp. vinegar (5)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 c. rice (920)

Total calories 2410. Brown turkey, drain. Put all ingredients in 4 quart casserole. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender, stirring once after 20 minutes. Two cups casserole and 1 cup rice = 602 calories. Two cups casserole no rice = 397 calories. Makes 8 cups.
