BRAISED CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. sliced cabbage
2 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Melt butter in large skillet. Add cabbage. Add boiling water. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes over slow low heat. Don't overcook.
