15 BEAN SOUP 
Ham bone
2 lbs. ham, diced
2 bags (15-bean) dry soup beans
4 to 5 quarts of water
2 onions
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Celery
Carrots
Cabbage
2 (15-oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 bottle V8 juice
Salt & pepper, to taste
Garlic, diced
Chili powder
Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano

Boil first 3 ingredients until beans pop. Lower water to simmering. Add diced vegetables and shredded cabbage. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings to taste.

Simmer over low heat 2-3 hours.

Makes 12 servings.
