CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk (save white)
1/8 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescents and place in 9x13 pan. Press to cover bottom. Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over rolls in pan.

Unroll second carton of rolls and place on top. Do not press down. Brush egg white over top. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes. Chill and serve.
