OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryer, cut up

Melt butter and oil in oven dish. Combine next 5 ingredients in paper bag; shake to mix. Roll chicken in melted fat and then shake in bag. Lay on a plate and let stand 1 hour if possible. Place skin side up in oil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn and cook another 15 minutes.
