NOODLES 
1 egg
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tbsp. water
1 or more c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Combine egg, oil, flavoring and water. Beat well. Combine 1 cup of flour with baking powder and add. If more flour is needed, work it in with a fork until as much has been taken up in the liquid ingredients as possible. Roll the dough on a floured board until as thin as possible, just like tissue paper. Let dry on one side (about 20 minutes). Then turn and let dry on other side. Cut as desired. Drop into boiling, salted water or meat stock. Cook until tender. No salt is added.
