CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
Chicken thighs
Potatoes
1 lg. garlic cloves
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove skin from chicken, place in baking pan. Cut up fine garlic and onions. Place in pan with the chicken. Peel and cut potatoes. Place in pan. Season chicken and potatoes with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over chicken and potatoes. Add just a little water to make juice. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour.
