BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

2/3 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. cornflakes, crushed

Mix all ingredients, except topping ingredients, and cook at 400 degrees in a buttered dish for 20 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole after cooking. Bake 10-15 minutes more or until butter is melted and slightly browned.
