ITALIAN STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. oatmeal
1 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. of either - mushrooms, ripe olives, shredded mozzarella, shredded
zucchini
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Ripe olives (sliced)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch pan. Combine beef, oats, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, Parmesan, egg, Worcestershire sand pepper; mix well. Make 2 equal patties about 7 inches.

Place stuffing choice on 1 patty. Cover with other and pinch sides together. Place in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Top loaf with 1 cup spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella. Garnish with olives. 6 servings. 1 slice equals 390 calories.
