APPLE CRISP 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Mix each separately. Cut with pastry blender until crumbly. Pat crust mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Peel and slice 8 cups apples. Spread on baked crust.

Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 5 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon together and spread on apples. Put on crumb topping. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
