APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4-5 lg. crisp apples, chopped
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Chopped pecans

Mix 1 large can crushed pineapple, sugar and flour. Cook on low heat until thick. Cool. Chop 3 to 4 large crisp apples. Mix all together. Place in casserole dish. Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese. Mix well. Spread over apples. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
