PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. pumpkin

Mix sugar, eggs, oil. Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin. Bake one hour in greased and floured tube pan.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

For icing, cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Stir in nuts and spread on cake.
