CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 head of cauliflower
1 lb. drained hamburger or ground turkey
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 cheddar cheese soup
1 potato cream soup
Seasoning
Toasted bread crumb cubes

Cook cauliflower flowerettes until soft. Drain meat. Mix soups together. Then mix all of the ingredients together in a 9 x 13 inch pan and add toasted bread cubes on top. Sometimes I add cheddar cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
