1/2 lb. sausage, sliced 1/2 lb. ground beef 3 tbsp. chopped onion 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans 1/3 c. ketchup 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. molasses 1 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown sausage, if fresh sausage is used. If ready to eat sausage is used, stir into casserole during the last 15 minutes of baking. Combine ground beef and onions in skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
