SAUSAGE AND POTATO BAKE | |
2 pkg. Swift Premium Brown 'N Serve sausages (patties or links) 3 1/2 c. frozen potatoes O'Brien 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese 1 1/4 c. milk 5 large eggs, beaten 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Cut sausage into slices (patties into quarters). Stir together all ingredients in large bowl. Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Note: I substitute 2 cups ham for sausage. |
