BREAKFAST SAUSAGE BAKE 
Brown 1 pound of breakfast sausage and set aside. Beat 6 eggs, add 2 cups half and half or light cream and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Add 2 slices of bread, cubed, and stir together. Add 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese and the sausage meat. Pour into 8x12 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves 6-8.
