SCOTCH EGGS | |
8 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled 1 lb. sausage 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/4 tsp. paprika Mix paprika into bread crumbs. Wrap 1/8 pound sausage around each egg. Coat with raw egg and roll in bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
