CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 c. potatoes, sliced thin
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine Miracle Whip, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Place potatoes in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serves 6.
