OVEN STEW 
1 lb. beef, cubed
2 onions, sliced
4 tomatoes, cut in 1/8th
4 potatoes, cut in rings
6 carrots, cut into chunks
1 can beef gravy
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. catsup
Salt and pepper

Arrange meat and vegetables in layers in casserole. Pour liquid over top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered 2 hours at 375 degrees.
