PAVITICA (WALNUT ROLL) 
Place in mixing bowl:

2 c. warm water (or milk)
2/3 c. sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Add:

2 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. salt

Beat for 2 minutes. Add:

3 eggs
2/3 c. melted batter

Beat 2 minutes. Add:

4 1/2 c. flour or enough for soft dough

Knead until forms ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Punch down. Let rise again 40 minutes.

FILLING:

2 lbs. ground walnuts
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. honey
1 c. sugar

Heat milk, honey and sugar. Pour in walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll out on floured cloth until thin. Spread on melted butter and filling over dough. Roll up as for jelly roll fashion. Put in two well greased baking pans about 13"x9". Let rise 1 hour then bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
