BLUE CHEESE AND WALNUT HAM ROLL 
1/2 lb. blue cheese, room temperature
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. Kirschwasser
2 lbs. boiled ham, thinly sliced

Beat cheese and butter until creams. Beat in walnuts and Kirschwasser; chill. Spread on ham slices and roll lengthwise, according to slice of ham. Secure with toothpick. 25 ham rolls.
