RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, boiled until done
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Rice and Seasonings
2 cans French green beans
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream of celery soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
1 jar pimento (optional)
1 pt. sour cream

Pick cooked chicken off bone; drain. Mix 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Rice and seasoning with 2 cans of drained French green beans. With 2 cans of drained sliced water chestnuts, continue mixing with 2 cans of cream of celery soup. Mix the 3/4 cup Miracle Whip mayonnaise. Add 1 cup sour cream, jar of diced pimento (optional). Mix all together until well mixed, chicken included.

Pam spray large casserole or baking pan. Set overnight or at least 3 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees covered. Last 1/2 hour uncover. Serves 6-8 people. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
