CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 qts. popped corn
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Cook sugar gradually in skillet over low heat. Stir until melted and golden brown, slowly add water. Stir until well blended. Add brown sugar. Mix well and cook to 238 degrees or until soft ball stage. Pour over corn, mix well. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, mix well.
