ENCHILADAS 
MEAT MIXTURE:

1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 can kidney beans

Saute meat and garlic. Add other ingredients.

SAUCE:

1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer. 1 c. cheese, grated

Fry tortillas in hot oil, turn immediately, fry other side. Do not leave in oil.

Fill shells with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over. Add a little sauce. Roll and place in pan. Pour remaining sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6 or 8.
