WHITE CHILI 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken (cooked and cut into bite size pieces
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
3 (16 oz.) cans white beans with liquid
2 c. fine chopped white onions
2 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. can chopped green chilies with liquid
2 lg. tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash of 2 of hot sauce

In large pot combine chicken broth and beans. Keep heat low at this time. Saute in oil onions and garlic until you can see through onions and the garlic smells in heaven. At this add to beans chilies, onion and garlic mixture. Then add the chicken and spices. Heat until it starts to bubble. About 10 minutes. And serve with your favorite cornbread.
