ITALIAN HONEY BALLS 
9 eggs
9 tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 1/2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 c. flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. honey
Vegetable oil

Lightly beat eggs, add all other ingredients except flour. Mix, add flour, stir. When dough is workable with hands, remove from bowl. Knead until smooth. Roll 1/4 inch. Cut into 1/2 inch strips, then cut strips into 1/2 x 1/4 inch pieces. Heat oil until bubbly. Lower heat. Drop dough in, fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Heat honey in a large pot on low heat. Gradually (gently) stir in cookies. Stir until coated with honey. Arrange on plate. Let cool.
