1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/3 stick butter
1 tube garlic cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar button mushrooms
3/4 c. seasoned bread croutons

Saute onions, celery and broccoli in butter. Melt cheese with mushroom soup in top of double boiler. Add broccoli mixture. Add mushrooms with juice and croutons. Turn into a greased casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes one 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch casserole.
