PORK AND RICE DISH 
1 1/2 lb. lean pork
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2-3 scallions, sliced
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 box Rice-A-Roni

Cook all ingredients except rice together slowly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then set aside. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to directions on package, then mix with pork and stir well. Heat well.
