1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
2 pieces garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients and cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Pressure can be on full pressure.
